VAIOのパソコンが起動できません。

VAIOのパソコンのスイッチを入れると、急に下の画面が表示され、起動できなくなりました。何度、スイッチを入れなおしても同じです。どうすれば直るでしょうか？ネットで調べると、VAIO特有のエラーとの記載もあります。どなたかお教え願います。 Quick Web Access is not installed on your system, or the installation is incomplete.To get Internet access within seconds of starting your computer.Please use the Quick Web Access Installer to install it.Press any key to shutdown. ※OKWAVEより補足：「ソニー製品」についての質問です。

SONY　の　ノート型　ってしかわかりません。 何年製ですか？　背面に製造年があります。 どれくらいの使用頻度ですか？ 持ち運びますか？
