Inkscapeのruntime error

　フリーの描画ソフト、Inkscape（インクスケープ）を使っています。 「ノードの追加」を実行すると以下のようなruntime error が出て、終了してしまいます。 －・－・－・－・－・－・－・－・－ 　Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library 　Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Inkscape\Inkscape.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it into in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. －・－・－・－・－・－・－・－・－ 　どのように対処したらよいのでしょうか。 　ちなみにPCはDELLのDemension8250（windowsXP）、Inkscapeのversionは0.46です。 よろしくお願いします。

アプリケーションのサポートチームに連絡してください、とありますが、フリーは非サポートでしょうね。 XP対応ですが、「v0.46（差し替え版）」となっていますので本体はあるのですか？

早速のご回答ありがとございます。 調べたところ、特に本体というものはないようです。窓の杜でDLし、インストールすればいいようです。 原因は他のところにありそうですね。
