Runtime Error

パソコンに新しくアカウントを作成し、二人で使えるようにします。その後、新しく作成したほうにログインしてIEやコントロールパネルなどを開こうとすると、Runtime Errorが表示され、開くことができません。最初からあるもうひとつのアカウントはまったく問題なく動くのですが・・・。 解決法を教えてください。ウイルスチェックをしましたが、問題はありませんでした。 IEのときの表示 Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
