ebayでストアが開設できません フィードバックが０ではストアは開設できないんですか？
Ebayでストアを開設したいのですが、ストアをオープンしようとすると You do not currently meet the requirements to open an eBay Store. Learn more about eBay Store requirements. と出てしまいContinueボタンを押しても先に進めずストアを開設できません。 eBay Store requirementsをクリックしてみて見ると Before opening an eBay Store, make sure you meet the following requirements: You have an eBay seller's account, with your credit card placed on file. You must be PayPal Verified. とでました。 この条件はいろいろしらべましたが確実にクリアしています。クレジットカードも登録してあるし、 PayPalを見てみても口座タイプ: プレミア ステータス: 認証済み となっています しかしebayのアカウントですが出品も落札もしておらずフィードバックが０です もしかしてフィードバックが０ではストアは開設できないんですか？ ebayストア開設経験のある方どうか教えてください

こんにちわ。 ＞You must be PayPal Verified. これが原因でしょうね。 住所とか、承認済みですか？ 新規ＩＤにてストア用ＩＤを作ったことがあります。ですので、まったく新規で問題はないはずです。

初めてトラブル？に巻き込まれてどうすればいいのか分からないのでどなたかアドバイスお願いします。一昨日落札しそのままpaypalで支払ったのですがその次の日にebayからこのようなメールがきました。Our records show that you placed a bid on this item. We removed this item from the Site and cancelled your bid because it appears that the seller's account has been compromised and used by an unauthorized third party. よくわからなかったのでebayとpaypalに問い合わせたところこの問題をpaypalへ報告することをすすめられたのでクレームをしたのですが少ししてpaypalから私たちは一時的にあなたの商品論争を処理することができません。とメールがきました。paypalにログインするとDisputeのStatusはopenになってます。待てばいいのでしょうか？しかし。過去の同じような内容の質問を見るとebayからこのようなメールがきても届いたというのをみました。クレームを出してしまいましたがこれでいいんでしょうか？ちなみにトラッキングナンバーも一応ありますが追跡しても見つかりません。評価ももらったんですが...
