Outlook Expressで送受信するとこんなのが多数きますが、何かな
件名が ATTENTION: Your mailbox quota is full !! 本文が A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced) because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded. The following is the reason that the message was over quota: Quota Type : Total Bytes Available mailbox: 0 Total mailbox: 10485760 The following is the information on the message that was bounced: Sender: retail@***********.com Subject: Welcome to SHINSEI BANK ! If the size of the message is too big, contact the sender to reduce the size of the message and resend the message. 本文のほうはそのときのメールで多少違う感じですが、だいたいこんなのが多数くるのです。教えてください。

原因は質問者さんのメールサーバの利用法がまずいのが原因です。 丁度自宅の郵便受けに手紙か溜まっていても、手紙は見てもそのまま家に手紙を持っていくのでもなく、郵便受けが手紙で満杯で郵便配達が手紙を郵便受けに差し込めない状態、または郵便受けに満杯となるサイズの小包郵便が押し込まれていてそれ以上手紙が入らないといった状態をあなたが作っている状態ということで、その警告と解決方法を提示しているメールです。実際のメールの内容は以下のようです。 あなたに割り当てられたHD容量を超過してメールサーバにメールをためすぎているため、そのため受信メールが一杯でオーバーフローしていて、送信元にメールを差し戻した。解決するためにはあなたのメールボックスの受信メールを削除してから、送信者に再送信してもらってください。 もし、メールのサイズが大きすぎるなら、送信者にコンタクトしてメールのサイズを減らして、再送信してもらってください。 といったようなメッセージ内容です。 ●対策は、メールをパソコンに取り込んだら、メールサーバーに残った受信メールがなくなる設定にしてOutlookを使用すれば解決できます。 OutlookExpressを起動し、メニューの「ツール」→「オプション」→「メンテナンス」タブを開く→[整理する]ボタンクリック→「ローカルファイルの整理」ダイアログが開きます。 ここに溜まっているファイルのサイズが表示されています。 ◎[メッセージの削除]ボタンをクリックでパソコンに取り込まれた受信メールを削除します。 （その他のボタンは適宜利用してください。） →[閉じる]→[適用]、[OK]で以前にパソコンに取り込まれたメールはメールサーバから消えます。 受信メールは読んだら削除、残しておきたいメールはパソコンに取り込んで、メールサーバのメールボックスは空にするようにするようにしてください。

受信をする時に『サーバに残す』設定をしていませんか？ これは利用しているメールサーバの保管容量を越えている 為、新規のメールが受信できず送信者に返送されたと言う メールです。

プロバイダによっては、送受信したメールを、（お手元のＰＣのみならず）プロバイダのサーバにも保存する、というサービスがあります。 おそらくizcizcizcさんが使用しているプロバイダでも同様のサービスを受けていると思われます。 そのサーバの容量が満杯になっているので、（ＰＣにダウンロードしたメールではなく）サーバに保存されているメールを削除する必要があります。または、有料サービスで容量を拡張する必要があります。 前者の場合、「無期限に保存する」を「○日間保存する」等、日にちを限定する設定に変更すると、古いメールを自動的に削除してくれます。

A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced) because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded. と言うメッセージが誰かから送られてくるたびに受け取ります。メッセージが沢山あるから消せというのはわかっていますが、いくらメーラー上のメッセージを削除してもこのメッセージを受け取ってしまいます。 早急に対処法をお願いいたします。
