Hotmailの退会方法

質問

右上のヘルプから選択、というやり方は見たのですが、
ヘルプのページだけ英語ページになってしまいます。オプションから言語の設定をしてもヘルプだけは直りません。
（ブラウザはFirefox 7.0.1です、ブラウザのツールオプションコンテンツ言語のところにはja日本語しか有りません）

アカウントを停止するには以下の手順で操作します。
オプション　－　詳細オプション　－　アカウントの詳細 (パスワード、名前、タイム ゾーン) 　をクリック
下の方にある　アカウントの削除 　をクリック
パスワードを入れて　はい　をクリック
Microsoft アカウントの削除 　をクリック
と進みます。
