ブルースクリーンが直らず困っています（Win　7）

CPU・マザーボードを入れ換え、それ以外は引き続き利用し、 HDD領域開放し、OSを改めてインストールしましたが、 次のようなブルーの画面が表示され、困っています。 マザーボードの再度入れ換え、メモリー交換、CPU初期交換等行いましたが、 マザー付属ドライバーをインストールした後、表示され、windowsトップ画面に たどり着かない状況です。 再度OS入れなおしても同様の状況です。 エラーコード：0x0000003Bで確認しましたが、safeモードではインストールができませんでした。 また、BIOS設定でIEEEはDisableにしております。 1.従前のスペック cpu：i7-860 MB：Gigabyte　GA-H55-UD3H 2.新スペック cpu：i7-2600ｋ（新規） MB：Gigabyte　Z68XP-UD3（新規） Mem:8GB HDD:WD　1.5TB video：Radeon6850　1GB（省電力TDP100wタイプ・引続き利用） 電源：abee　600ｗ　bronze 解決方法をどなたか助けてください。 3.画面内容 A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. メモリダンプ出てますね。 メモリの不具合では？ ８Gとのこと・・・ ２枚差し？４枚差し？ とりあえず、１枚の装着でインストールしてみて（無事入ればよし。） それからメモリのチェックを行っては？

回答ありがとうございました。 メモリーチェックは行いましたが、問題なしでした。 PC一式、PC専門店へ持っていって、チェックして貰ったところ、 結局のところ、CPUが不良であることが原因とのことでした。 3回チェックして、全て 100度以上になり、熱暴走でとまったらしいです。 CPU不良とは珍しいので、考えても見ませんでした。 おさわがせしました。 とりあえず、インテルにクレームします。
