ebayメンバーにメッセージを送るには・・ 他のイーベイヤーにメッセージを送るため、 Contact member をクリックして、メッセージを入力してsendアイコンをクリックしたら、下記のような表示が出ました。 Attention! In order to maintain a safe trading environment, eBay may limit activity and request additional verification. At this time we ask that you verify your account with a Credit Card. The process is immediate and your card will not be charged メッセージは送れているのでしょうか？ 何か手続きをしてあらためて送らなければいけないのでしょうか？

eBayをスタートしてまだ日が浅いとか、フィードバックが少ない場合など、他のメンバーに質問する回数が制限されたり、追加の本人確認求められる場合があります。 今回のメッセージでは追加の身分証明を求められています。 クレジットカード情報を登録して本人確認を行うようにとのことです。本人確認の為ですので、課金等は行われません。
