PC版fallout3のpipboy pda modを入れたのですが、ゲーム中に

pda　pipboy error

This mod requires FOSE to function Please exit the game and
either install FOSE or disable this mod

DO NOT SAVE BEFORE EXITING THE GAME

It is encouraged that you read this mod's
description page as the FOSE requirement is
clearly noted therein

と何度も表示されてゲームが出来ません…

原因の分かる方解決する方法を教えてくれませんか。

このMODの動作にはFOSEが必要という表示ですが、FOSEは導入済みでしょうか？

補足

はいFOSEのv1.2 beta2.7を入れてるのですが出てきます。
