finkを使ってdlcompatをインストールできない

こんにちは。 finkを使ってdlcompatをインストールしたいのですが、うまくインストールできません。どうしたらインストールできますか？（fink commanderも持っています。） fink install dlcompatをterminalで入力したときに下のような文字列が出てきてしまってダウンロードできません。 /usr/bin/sudo /sw/bin/fink install dlcompat Information about 3843 packages read in 6 seconds. 本体もしくはＯＳについてきたＤｅｖｅｒｏｐｅｒｓ ＴｏｏｌｓもしくはＸｔｏｏｌはインストールしてあるのでしょうか？ これがインストールされてないと動きません。

cygwin上で ファイルを解凍して インストールを実行するときに ./configure とすると loading cache ./config.cache checking for gcc... no checking for cc... no configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH というエラーがでます。 これは何が原因でどう対処すればいいでしょうか？教えてください。

GNU checking for gcc... no checking for cc... no checking for cc... no checking for cl... no configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH See `config.log' for more details. gccがインストールされていないのかなと思い、「rpm -qa | grep gcc」とすると、 compat-gcc-7.3-2.96.118 libgcc-3.2.2-5 compat-gcc-c++-7.3-2.96.118 とでますので、パスが通ってないと思うのですが、違うのでしょうか？それともインストールされてないのでしょうか？ちなみに「echo $PATH」とすると /usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/root/bin:/usr/lib と出ます。
