1)"No one breed of dog is the best at everything. 「No one+ 名詞」を文法的にあまり見かけることがないのですが、このような使い方は一般的なのでしょうか。(訳は「すべてのことに一番長けている種類は一つもない」でいいのでしょうか?
2)"It can be hard to tell what breed a newborn puppy is."[生まれたばかりの子犬がどの品種なのか見分けることは難しい」と訳したのですが、内容はこれでいいのでしょうか?(すぐ見分けがつくと思うのですが)
3)”It can probably tell if you are afraid by how you smell too."「また犬はあなたのにおいからあなたが怖がっているかどうかおそらくわかるだろう」という訳は正しいでしょうか?(匂いから人が怖がっているか見分けることができるのか疑問です。)
4)”If your dog bows down on its front legs, that usually means it wants to play.”
We'd love for you to send us your sign-off line. Whether or not you like the puns or whether or not you could even think of one, send us your sign-off line.
What is gossip girl's sign off line?( http://www.chacha.com/question/what-is-gossip-girl's-sign-off-line)というのもあったのですが、sign-off lineとはなんですか。

You're very welcome, I'm actually jealous at how well you imitated Nomura's art style! Me? Oh no, I wouldn't be able to draw Sora very well in that style; Goofy and Donald aren't to difficult to draw though.
協力お願いします_(_^_)_
The timeless question of whether pot makes you stupid seems easy to answer just by watching a stoner movie. Do those guys look smart to you? The science, though, is subtler than that, and the answer depends at least in part on the chemical makeup of whar's in your stash. A recent British study looked at how users are affected by different ratios of THC(テトラヒドロカンナビノール)←(マリファナの主要な成分)and cannabidinol (CBD), pot's other principal intoxicant.
It's THC that's behind a pot high's otherworldly edge―and also behind the paranoia and hallucination it can cause. It's CBD that gives the drug its sedating power. The lower the concentration of CBD relative to THC, the the worse the subjects in the British study performed on word-recall tests;the higher the concentration, the better they did.Graded on the generous curve required when all the subjects were wasted, the people with the mellower buzz were generally smarter. While there is some conflicting date, most studies do not find lasting effects on cognition.
The vice chancellor confirmed that the individual points should be presented in order of relative priority.
