>550 We failed to アドレス間違いです。 過去に送った経緯があるなら、相手がアドレスを変更染みの可能性はありますね。

pdxってことはwillcom宛ですね？ そのPHSの設定でPCからのメールを拒否されていませんかね？ 送信者（PC側)ではなく受信者(PHS)側の問題だと思いますよ。
