質問

デルのノートパソコン「ＩＮＳＰＩＲＯＮ６０００」を使用しています。最近、ＣＤやＤＶＤを取り出す時、プルダウンメニューで「取り出す」を選択して取り出すと、パソコンがダウンします。画面には下記の注意分章が出ます。
a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer,
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 。
Ｉf this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer ,if this screen appears again , follow these steps
Chec to make sure any new hardware or software is propery installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacture for any windows update you migth need .
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software .
Disable BIOS memory optins such as caching or shadowing .
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restare your computer, press F8 to select Aduon ced statup oputions, and then select safe mode
Beginning dump of physical memory pyhsical memory dump complete, contact your system administrator or technical support group for furcher assistance.
どなたか対処方法を教えて下さい。

多分ドライバのファイルが壊れているのではないかと推測される。
STOPコードの数字のあとに、*****.sys の様なファイル名が出てきていないだろうか。
又は、ある特定のデバイスドライバとそのドライバで干渉しているか。
セーフモードで起動しても同様な結果になるなら、ドライバファイルの破損
の可能性が濃厚で、問題無いなら相性の可能性濃厚かと。

ドライバファイルが壊れている場合は、バックアップを取った上でリカバリをするのが一番簡単な対処方法だと思う。

その画面はおそらくブルーバック画面だと思うのだが、だとすればstopコードが画面に表示されていないだろうか？
(0x0000000Aみたいな数値です)

確かに下記の表示があります。
STOP:0x0000007E(0xC0000005，0x806EF134,0xF898EC28,0xF898E924）
これは何を表しているのでしょうか。
