質問

ipodをパソコンに繋ぎ、同期が始まるとブルーのエラー画面になってしまいます。（※12月22日に購入28日までは問題なく同期することが出来ました。）

思い当たる事は、住所録を取り込みたいと思い今まで使用していなかった
OUTLOOKを設定した事です。しかし現在は解除しました。

エラーチェックをすると（ID 1003）(ID 20)(ID 9)(ID 7)と出ています。

今日一日、こちらのコミュニティーを始めパソコンで検索等
色々と試してみましたがどうにもなりません・・・
パソコンとapple製品にお詳しい方、何かご存知の解決方法がありましたら、
ぜひとも教えて頂きたいです。

当方が使用しているパソコン本体・ipodの詳細です。
●TOSHIBA TX/860LS
●windows XP　Home Edition（service pack2）
●i tunes 9
●i pod touch 64G
●ブルースクリーンエラーで出ていた英文メッセージです。
a probrem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage.
if this is first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these step.
check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message .
disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver up dates.
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.
disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need to use safe mode to remove or disabele components, restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced start up options,and then select safe mode.

※この最後のほうのC部分は記号のようにも見えました。
