海外旅行で鉄道のチケットを予約したいのですが、以下の記述が表示されています。この場合のTansfersとは何のことでしょうか？ Departure: Monday 21 September at 08:55 Arrival: Monday 21 September at 11:10 Travel time: 02:15 Transfers: 2 Comfort class: 2nd class Conditions: View fare conditions

Transfers:2 は、乗り換えが2回、という意味ですね。 どの国の鉄道か知りませんが、日本ほど定時運行の国は滅多にありませんので（たとえヨーロッパの先進国でも）、乗り換え2回で、もし途中の列車が遅延して乗り遅れた場合に、予約したチケットが有効なのかどうか、よく確認してから購入してくださいね。 早割チケットの中には、予定の列車に乗り遅れたら無効、という条件のチケットもありますので。

海外の映画で地下鉄の改札を通るシーンがあると思います。よく遊園地の出入り口にあるようなやつばかりなんですが（たまたまなのかも知れませんが）、すべてあんなかたち何でしょうか？ ※回転するやつです。で３本ぐらいの棒がでています。 カウンタがついているやつです。 ---------------- また海外には路上をはしる電車って（路面は除く）あるのですか？ 映画に出てくるのは地下鉄ばかりなので・・・。
