という英文を書きたいのですが、時制が難しいです。

※the developmental～relationshipのあたりがうまく訳せません。

訳）友情は最認知を受けるはじまりであり、再認知は大人の生き方の意味を得るための情報をもたらす、そして女性は多くの異なる友情の形を持つ。
※文法からまずもって理解できないです。

仕事や経歴もまた、度々身をもって知り、そして関連する概念の中で体現されるのだ。

テーマ：医学部６年間の学生生活における期待と不安について書きなさい
It is expected that medical students are required for acquiring all kinds of knowledge about human and establishing the faithful relationships with other students, teachers, and patients during the school day at medical college.
Considering about this, I am looking forward to acquiring various kinds of knowledge about human. If I got to know first-aid, I would be able to help people around me at emergency. I think this is the first step for becoming a doctor. In addition, making best friends is my dream. Years ago, a doctor did all cures for a patient by himself or herself. However, these days team work is needed and it is not over mentioned whether a patient can recover from illness is up to doctor’s team work.
On the other hand, I worry about that I can keep up with the speeds of lessons at college. High leveled subjects need not only memorizing, but also understanding. I also think just memorizing for exams dose not make sense at practice.
Needless to say, I should study hard at college, when I cannot understand something, it is important to ask other students or teachers. It is not just because I get to understand the subject, but this lead to make good relationships with them. (210words)

英文の中でのコンマの役割が理解できません。
例えば、
(1)She came home late and missed her curfew.
(2)They spend a lot of time with all of us, and they try to be good role models.
同じandなのに、(2)ではandの前にコンマがあります。
このコンマの意味はなんでしょうか？どういうときに使われるのでしょうか？
一応自分なりに調べてみたのですがいまいちしっくりきません。

Despite attempts to help him to space his words, he found it difficult, and because angry and distressed when help was offered.

心情はhis need for attachment and his fear of separationであると言われました。
質問したこと自体を忘れてしまい、先日、もう一度やってみたのですが、
「本当は助けを求めようとしている（他人から助けてもらった時に、怒りや苦しみが生じるが）」
と答えてしまいました。
なぜ懲りずに間違えたかというと、
１つ目はDespite=にも関わらず、と読み取ってしまい、この文脈が正解だと思い込んだせい、
2つ目はthesunsetwasveryredの前文に、his handwriting～という文章があるので、the sunset～とは無関係のように思ったせいです。

彼の特定の書き方は、彼が愛情を必要とし、そして分離を恐れている事を強調するように思える。
たしかに、心情をよりよく表すのはこっちのような気がしますが、でも、本当は助けを求めようとしているというのも、心情を表しているんじゃないのかな？とも思います。
恐らく正解はhis need～だと思うんですが、どうして、attempts to help him to space his wordsじゃなく、his need for attachment and his fear of separation. のほうが適当なのか、教えて頂けないでしょうか。

I think we should invite Olympics to somewhere in Japan.
I think it would benefit Japan in some respects.
First, holding Olympics is very profitable.
Indeed, it would cost us much money, but profit would be larger than it.
It is because many foreign people come to japan and spend much money.
Moreover if Olympics were been held in Japan,
Japanese people could directly see it more easily.
When it is held in other countries, most Japanese people can't go,
and even if they were able to go,it would cost them too much money.
For these reasons, I think inviting Olympics is good for us.

二つの英文のに関してそれぞれ質問があります。
1 "One day, as he was bathing her, a bleb of shampoo had streamed into her eye, and she had kept a hand pressed to it for the rest of the day, quailing away from him whenever he walked past."
この文で"a bleb of shampoo had streamed ..." 、"and she had kept..."の部分で過去完了形が使われているのは何故でしょうか。過去形の方がしっくりくるように感じます。
2 "If, after this, you can possibly want any further aid towards knowing what Sir Lionel was, we can tell you, that in his soul 'the scientific combinations of thought cound educe no fuller harmonies of the good and the true, than lay in the primaeval pulses which floated as an atomoshpere around it!'..."
この文の比較の所が理解できません。
'the scientific...'の部分を読み進んでいくと、「思考の科学的な組み合わせ(?)が「何か」より豊かな善と真実の調和を引き出すという事はない」のような解釈が浮かんできました。ですが名詞だと思っていた「何か」の部分に"lay in"が来てしまって混乱しました。この"lay"は名詞でも無さそうだし、動詞だとしても意味が分かりません。
質問内容を上手く説明できたか自信がないのですが、何卒よろしくお願いします。

look for something, and that we needn't use books at all. Of course
the Internet is very easy to use and useful, because all you have to
do is only retrieving the information you want. But, using nothing
but the Internet is very dangerous. One of some reasons is the
Internet involve too much information, of course false information.
Many people you don't know use it, so information on the Internet are
not always reliable and it is very difficult to choose only true
information. On the other hand, books are published after they are
checked closely. So they seldom have false information.
I think it is good to use both of the Internet and books, then you
can get true information quickly.

Sisters have been lived in shiroishi-ku Sapporo died ,becauce of poor. They could not pay the bill of electricity and gas,so the company stopped their supply.
2 姉は何度も区役所に足をはこんだが担当者は聞く耳持たずで門前払い、彼らはヤクザには
優しいおもてなしをするにも関わらず。
Elder sister went to the Shiroishi Ward Office many time, but they denied her proposal.
But,they are accept yakuza's proposal ,jently , politely and smile face with love.
3 そして、お金が尽き、姉が死に知的障害のある妹は食べる事も出来ず、凍死した。
And all of sisiters's money run out.First elder sister died,and younger sister with intellectual
disability could not eat ,freeze to death.
4 北海道の冬に電気もガスも止めると言う事は、死ね！！と言う事と同義語だよ。
It is same thing that electricty and gas does not supply in winter of Hokkaido,tell them die!!
5 白石区の生活保護課に非常な憤りを感じる。
