すみませんお願いします 数十人でミーティングが行われたり、百人単位の人数が一堂に会し講習会が開かれることがある。 (1)そんなとき、全員の気持ちを一致させるのは非常に難しい。 (2)しきりに発言して目立ちたがる少数がいる反面、多くは上の空でよそごとを考えていたり、居眠りしたりする。 (3)嫌なミーティングや講習会ほどそうなって、効果が薄い。 (4)そういうときには、数十人、数百人の大集会をその場で小集団に分割し、全員に発言させるようにするとよい。 (5)これで参画意識がぐんと向上する。 (1)It is very difficult to concentrate on all the panels in a meeting. (3)Uncomfortable meetings and seminar become such affairs, they would learn little things. (4)If such things going on, the best way to solve the problem, dividing several or several hundreds of people of a big meeting to small group in the room and make them to speak of their ideas.
