ペイパルでクレジットカードを変更しようと思っていますが、下記の表示が出て、変更ができません。
「We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties.
Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment,
avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment. 」
これはペイパルの障害なのでしょうか？？
みなさんもこのような表示が出てますか？？
