英語で上旬、中旬、下旬を言う方法

質問

英語で、その月の前半とか後半とか言う場合、"the first half of the month"とか"the second half of the month"などといえば良いと思います。
では、上旬、中旬、下旬を言い表すにはどうすれば良いでしょうか？

（beggning of the month とか late Januaryとかだと、表している期間が曖昧になるので使いたくないです）

first 10 days of the month
last 10 days of the month
上記は自然な英語ですが、 middle 10 days of the month はとても変な英語です。その時は何日から何日まで言って下さい

from the 10th to the 20th.
between the 10th and 20th.

中旬：the middle ten days of the month

下旬１：the third ten days of the month
下旬２：the last eleven days of the month
