「a reduction in government spending would clearly help to lower the rate of interest consistent with any given inflation target.」 はどのような訳になるのか、教えてください。 金利、インフレ、為替について論じている部分に出てくる文です。 最初の部分は「政府消費支出の削減により、明らかに・・・」という訳でいいと思うのですが、次からの lower the rate of interest は、金利の「引下げ」なのか「低下」なのか、 with any given inflation target は、「インフレ目標と？？？」 金利とインフレ目標との相関性がきちんと理解できていないので、 どのように訳せばよいのか分かりません。 ご教示のほど、お願い申し上げます。

抗体精製などでProtein-Aが固定化された素材が用いられていますが、 固定化方法がわからなくて困っています。 ほとんどの商品説明などでは「共有結合で固定化された」と簡潔に 記載されているだけで詳しい共有結合反応の記載がありません。 「Protein A, immobilization」などのキーワードで文献検索を 行っているのですが、既にProtein-A固定化されている材料を 用いた文献ばかりでうまくヒットしていません。 合成方法、条件などもご存知でしたらお教えいただけたら嬉しいです。 よろしくお願いします。
