enableとallow

この違いを教えて下さい。 (1) His good advices allowed me to marry her. (2) His good advices enabled me to marry her. 宜しくお願いします。

(1) allowは「許可」のニュアンスなので、主語は例えばMy fatherとか。 (2)enableは「可能」のニュアンスなので、典型的な主語はThe moneyなど。adviceも該当する場合もあるかも。他の動詞を使えるなら、His good advice encouraged me to propose to her.などどうでしょうか。

例文は自分で作られたのでしょうか？ ちょっと不自然な感じがします。 まず、adviceに複数はないはずです。 allowは単to以下のことが出きることがゆるされた、で enableはそういう能力が今まではなかったが持てるようになった、と言うニュアンスですが、日本語に直すと同じようになります。結婚する能力、というのが不自然に聞こえるのでは、と思いますが。
