I mean here is a website. 翻訳の専門家ではないのですが、恐らくこんな感じではないでしょうか？ 彼は間違った人にメールを送ちゃんたんだね。 「ごめん、君に送るはずじゃなかったんだよ、別の仕事仲間に送るはずだっただよ。」 とか、彼は言い訳できたと思うけど。 でもなぜ、彼は間違えたメッセージを送ったんだ？場所も時間も書く必要（意味） ないじゃん？これってWebサイトだよね、それってばかじゃん！（意味ない？） それになぜ彼は「友達にバリスタがいるんだ」って言う必要があるんだ？ たぶんだけど、彼は君のことを思いながらメールを書いていて、だから間違えたん じゃない？でもそれって嘘の口実だよね。 雰囲気的にはこんな感じではないかと。 参考になれば幸いです。
