破産についての条項
契約書の破産に関する条項の文章「The Borrower shall commence a voluntary case or other proceeding being initiated against such Person and remain undismissed and unstayed for a period of～days」の「remain undismissed and unstayed for 」の部分の意味がわかりません。 借主が自己破産手続きを開始し、～日間、解雇されないまま不安定な状態にある（？？）」とはどういうことでしょうか。 よろしくお願いいたします。

お世話になります。 契約書の訳に挑戦することになったのですが、下記の契約期間に関する 英語の解釈がわからずに困っています。 まず、Initial Contact Period―これは「最初の契約期間」と訳して 良いのでしょうか。次のような文章で使用されています。 ［英文］ Customer’s appointment pursuant to this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof and shall continue for a period of one year thereafter (the “Initial Contract Period”). ［訳］ 「本契約書」に準拠する「取引先」に関する約束事は契約日より有効とし、その後一年間有効であることとする。 次にRenewal Contact Periodですが、こちらは「契約期間の更新」と 訳してしまってよいのでしょうか。使用されているのは下記の文中です。 ［英文］ The Initial Contract Period, together with any and all Renewal Contract Periods, are collectively the “Contract Period”. アメリカから届いた封書には "NOTICE OF A PROCEEDING IN THE US BANKRUPTCY COURT" と記載されており、何事かと思い中を見ると、A4の紙が一枚入っておりました。そのタイトルは "NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S FINAL REPORT AND APPLICATIONS FOR COMPENSATION" とあり、内容はCHAPTER7と記載があるので、どうやら "ELIANCE CORPORATION"という会社が自己破産をした事らしく、 "APPLICANT OR REASON"という記述の下に10程の法律事務所と "TOTAL CLAIM"として何やら金額が記載されておりました。 そして裏面には "CLAIMANT"として企業や個人名（私の名はなし）と"amount claimed"としてまた金額が表示されていました。これは原告なのでしょうか？ そして手紙の最後には、異議がある場合は何日までに文書にて知らせなさい、という文面で締めくくられておりました。 私はこの会社名も知らなければ、単なる一個人宛てに何故アメリカからこのような手紙が送付されたのかも解らず、非常に不安です。 これは何を意味するの物なのでしょうか？ 宜しくお願い致します。

アメリカ合衆国憲法の修正案です。 日本国憲法を参考にしました。 こちらの英文を添削してほしいです。 「公共の福祉に反しない限り、居住、移転及び職業選択の自由を有する。 外国に移住し、又は国籍を離脱する自由を侵されない。」 『Every person shall have freedom to choose and change residential, relocation, and occupation unless interfere with the public welfare. Every person shall not violated freedom to emigrate to a foreign country, or to withdraw from nationality.』 よろしくお願いします。

回答をありがとうございました。 Personは、Borrowerを指すようで、「自己破産手続きを自ら申請するか、借主に対して手続きが開始される場合」という意味のようです。 unstayedは「就業不可」となるのですね。 ありがとうございました！
