The first monthly payment is for the consultation service of the month following the month in which the development for the project is started and is due on the fifteenth day of the second month from the month in which the development for the project is started. 上記で正しく意味が通っていなければ、お手本となる英訳をおねがいします。 各条文内で重複になる部分（month following the month in which the development for the project is started）が支払方法1と3にあるのですがどうして良いやら分かりません。 また、上記のような支払い記述に関する英語の条文例が沢山記載されているサイト等ご存知でしたら教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。

No1です。 ＞Monthly payment shall be effected on or prior to the fifteenth day of the month of the following month of the consulting services rendered by Party A. 支払方法３）当月分のコンサルティング料を翌月15日までに支払う になるはずです。

数日前にInterest Periodについて教えていただいたので、続けて関連の文章を訳してみたのですが、以下の文が良く分かりません。calendar monthは暦月とありますが、数字がない日？（no numerically corresponding day)や、そういう月の最終日になるといっているのに、commencesは開始日とか始まる日と言う意味で、どうも、理解できません。この短い文章をどなたか訳していただけますか？ありがとうございます。 Any Interest Period which commences on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the calendar month at the end of such Interest Period shall end on the last day of such calendar month.

- 「当月末日に締め切り」の英訳
「商品の代金は当月末日に締め切り、翌月末日に支払われる」の英訳はどうなりますか？ 「The account for the goods shall be closed at the end of each month and the payment of the goods shall be made by the end of the following month.」と訳してみましたが、「account for the goods」という表現がネットでヒットせず、正式な言い方ではないようです。 「商品の代金」も「price of the goods」だと違うような気がしますが、正確な訳がわかりません。 よろしくお願いします。

就業規則内給与計算事項について、下記英文の意味が取りずらいです。 たぶん現地語から英語に一度翻訳していると思うので、そこで瑕疵があるのだと思います。 However, if the Overtime Payment and Holiday Work Payment are not of constant character or the monthly average of the Overtime Payment and Holiday Work Payment over a period of twelve (12) months (or a shorter period of employment) immediately preceding the Specified Date (refers to the date of termination), for the purpose of calculating payments specified in Clause 17.3 is less than twenty per cent (20%) of his average Monthly Salary during the same period, the definition of Monthly Salary shall not include such Overtime Payment and Holiday Work Payment. 「are not constant character」の意味や、その語のor以下が非常にわかりずらいです。 最後の一文は簡単なんですけどね・・・ どなたか宜しくお願いします。
