日本でも近年ではそうですが、ニュースって独特な言い回しを使うんです。動画で音声を聴くとよくわかりますが、リンクの対訳を使ってニュアンスを出すと、こんな感じですね。 冬の嵐、テキサス州を北上中です。 州内には１フィート以上降雪した地域も。 各地で厚い氷が道路を覆います。 ダラスでは欠航も相次ぎました。 低気圧は イリノイ州に 雪 みぞれ 冷たい雨をもたらし 月曜には北東部を襲う見込みです。 ところどころ、もったいぶった感じで読んでください。 なお、普通の会話でこんな言い方したらバカだと思われるだけだから、やめてね。
