Fun moodsの削除は必要？

Fun moodsは削除した方がよいですか？
たまたま、コントロールパネルの中を見たら、Fun moods というファイルがありました。必要なさそうなので、「アンインストールと変更」をクリックしたら、 your browsers will resetartea duning the uninstall process. Are you sure you wish to continuens? と表示され、（お恥ずかしいのですが、解読できません） 「はい」「いいえ」のどちらでも、削除されません。 ファイルサイズは無表示です。このまま置いといても害はありませんか？ Fun moods と検索してみると、フリーソフトのインストール時にひっついてきた、あまり歓迎されない ファイルのようなので、削除したいのですが・・・。 よろしくお願いいたします。

- ネットででダウンロードしたファイルが削除できない。
ネットでダウンロードした wordファイルが削除出来ません。 wordの画面を開いて ファイルの削除を選択しても 削除出来ませんでした。と、 表示が出て終わりです。 何故、削除出来ないのでしょうか？ 害がある訳では無いのですが、 必要ないので消したいです。
