英文の意味を教えて下さい。
現在、破産法に関することを読んでいますが以下の英文の意味がよく分かりません。 どうか、意味を教えて下さい。 distribution of dividendsは、配当金の配当でいいのでしょうか？ 配当金ってそもそもどんなものを指しますか？ A creditor not affected by a filing generally does not have its discharged and is generally not entiled to participate in any distribution of dividends. 宜しくお願い致します。

一般的に、dividendは株から得る配当金という意味で使われるが この場合は、”残り資産の分配”とでも考えればよい。 添付辞書の2番のｂ A payment pro rata to a creditor of a person adjudged bankrupt. http://education.yahoo.com/reference/dictionary/entry/dividend does not have its dischargedは does not have its claim disuchaged ですよね。文章を理解するのに苦労しました。

A creditor not affected by a filing generally does not have its discharged and is generally not entiled to participate in any distribution of dividends. 一般に、ファイリングで影響を受けない債権者は持っていません。それは、放出して、配当のどんな分配にも参加するためにentiledされないで、一般に、放出しました。 distribution of dividends 配当の分配 こういったものを使って調べると便利だと思いますよ
