素敵で高級感があるかどうかは分かりませんが、とりあえず訳してみましょう。 「彼女は神にえこひいきされたかと思えるほど豊かな才能を持つピアニストであり、すばらしい将来を期待させてくれる資質に恵まれていた。」 普通の訳になってしまったかな。ご参考になれば・・・。

この文章のイメージは、英語がわかる方から見ますと、ここまで誉めてあるイメージなのですか？ とてもいい感じですね。「えこひいき」って私も小さい頃よく使いましたが。高級感、上品に書ける感じがあるので、何かそこにいい言葉を入れたらよさそうですよね。 嘘ではないぎりぎりの範囲で、上品かつ、「最上級に誉めた」感じで訳してみたいのです。
