こんにちは。 今、THE CATCHER IN THE RYEを読んでいるのですが、その中でわからない表現がいくつかありました。気になったところだけでいいので、教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。 1. But funny, after I was riding a while, the cab driver and I sort of struck up a conversation. （a while は「ちょっとの間といういみでしょうか？whileの使い方が難しいです。」） 2. He got so domn excited and all, I was afraid he was going to drive me to a lamppost or something. （and allという表現がこの小説では多用されるのですが、これはどのように意味を取ればよいでしょうか？また、or something についても教えてください。） 3. I certainly began to feel like a prize horse's ass, sitting thre all by myself. （a prize horse's assとはどういう意味でしょうか？） 4. Only, I wouldn't have the guts to do it. （このような文章で、Onlyはどう訳せばよいでしょうか？） 5.
