インボイスへの記載の仕方がわかりません
Ｌ／Ｃ条件で分割船積は可能となっていますが、インボイスには下記を記載するように指示されています。どのように書けばよいか教えて下さい。 SHIPPING NUMBER IN CASE OF PARTIAL SHIPMENT, TOTAL AMOUNT AND CLAIMED AMOUNT.

こんにちは。 文面がご質問だけでは、あやふやで、ちょっと判断が難しいですね。 本当に、この文章だけだったのでしょうか？ 無理やりですが、推測できるのは、 分割船積みの場合、 船積み回数、船積みごとのI/V金額、L/Cの使用総額 を I/V上に明記 という意味にも取れると思います。 例文： Shipping number ; 1st shipment = I/V No.A001 shipped per "XXX MARU" on Nov.12,2006 in total amount US$10,000.00 2nd shipment= I/V No.B002 shipped per "YYY MARU" on Dec.20,2006 in total amount US$10,000.00 Claimed amount US$20,000.00 が、Claimed amount を 使用総額と解釈しましたが、 もしかしたら、残額の意味かもしれません。。。。 辞書に載っている意味からは、解釈不能としか 言いようがありません。 通知銀行 もしくは 買取予定銀行に解釈を 確認されてはいかがでしょうか？ 銀行さんでは、とにかく 一見無理やりでも とにかくL/C条件に書いてある指示文言や単語を、I/V上に 網羅さえすれば、書類は通してくれますので 上記の解釈でも、通用？するかもしれません。 （慎重な銀行さんでは、L/Gまではいかないまでも、 念書を要求されたりしますが、再割書類としては クリーンで通してくれると思います。） とはいえ、確実ではありませんので、 銀行でも解釈に困る場合は、直接openerにご確認を おすすめします。

貿易実務初心者です。 周りに疑問をぶつける人がいなく、こちらに質問させていただきます。 スクラップの輸出で、Ｌ／Ｃ決済です。 そのＬ／Ｃには、『船積重量の0.5％を埃として差し引く』と書かれていますので、L/C買取時、０．５％を差し引いて回収します。 輸出地で通関時に必要になる船積書類（INVOICE、PACKING LIST、SHIPPING INSTRUCTION）の重量は、実際に船積された１００％の重量を記載し、INVOIVEの金額（AMOUNT）は、重量１００％に対する金額を表示してもいいんでしょうか？０．５％を差し引いた金額が表示されるように作成しないといけないんでしょうか？ 質問の意味、わかっていただけましたでしょうか？ うまく、説明できなくて、すみません。 宜しくお願い致します。

貿易関連の文章で、 「Payment shall be made within ○ days after receipt of the invoice and against shipment accompanying transport documents.」 という文章がありました。 「支払いは、インボイスの受領後15日以内に、運送書類に伴う船積みに対しておこなわれる」という訳になるのでしょうか？ 「shipment accompanying transport documents」の意味がわかりません。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

貿易関連の英語が分かりません。 支払いの部分の英文「70% of the price is paid by T.T. remittance pro rata each invoice value against shipping documents」 は、「価格の70%は、船積書類に対する月割送り状面価格として、電信送金にて支払う」という意味になるのでしょうか？ pro rata each invoice valueの意味がよく分かりません。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
