shipment accompanying ?

貿易関連の文章で、 「Payment shall be made within ○ days after receipt of the invoice and against shipment accompanying transport documents.」 という文章がありました。 「支払いは、インボイスの受領後15日以内に、運送書類に伴う船積みに対しておこなわれる」という訳になるのでしょうか？ 「shipment accompanying transport documents」の意味がわかりません。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

１。「支払いは、インボイスの受領後15日以内に、運送書類に伴う船積みに対しておこなわれる」という訳になるのでしょうか？ 　はいそうです。 ２。「shipment accompanying transport documents」の意味がわかりません。 　運送書類に伴う船積み　＞　運送の詳細が記載されている積荷、ですから書類に書いてある物が過不足無くその通り梱包してあるとして、それに対する支払いをする、という意味でしょう。もし実際の積荷と書類に食い違いのある場合を想定しての文言かとおもいます。 　http://eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=shipment
