moralとethicalの違い

moralとethicalの訳の違いをどうすればいいか悩んでいます。 Moral responsibility in science and technology Ethical issues involve questions of morality but there is a fine line between what is good for mankind and what is harmful.(以下略) の文の中ではじめのほうが、「道徳の問題は倫理の問題に関連するが、...」となるのですが、そもそもここでいう道徳と倫理はどう違うのでしょうか。教えてください。

　ethic(ethical)は、ある特定のグループ（国、民族、スポーツ、ビジネスマン、etc）の中での道徳・倫理・価値体系です。 　一方、moralは、もっと普遍的な範囲での道徳・倫理・価値体系です。 　この２つの単語に直接対応する日本語の単語はありません。ですから、前後の文脈で説明的に訳するよりほかありません。 　お示しの文章では、タイトルからすると科学と技術に関することのようですので、「科学者や技術者の倫理」とでもするしかないと思います。
