相手先のアドレスは間違っていませんか？ 再確認してください。

自分のGメールには受信出来るなら相手が拒否設定しているのかもしれません。

これは相手の Mail Box が 存在していない、 あるいは メッセージを受信できる状態になっていないのが理由だと思います 貴方の方では何もできません、相手にメール以外の方法で連絡しGメールを確認してもらうか、別の連絡先を教えてもらってください
