we must be at the airport two hours before our flight. 訳はわかるのですがtwo hoursの位置がよく変わりません beforeは　our flightとtwohours 両方にかかっているということですか

まあそうですね　two hours　がなければ　「出発前に空港についていること」となりますがそれでも文章の意味は通りますよね。ですので　two hours　はある意味　before our flight　を補完していると考えればよいのではないでしょうか。

補足についてですが、そうとらえるのが良いかと。 電車の途中停車駅の案内なんか「We will stop A, B and C station before arriving at D terminal」という風にいってますよね。 余談ですが　上記例の”will"にずっと違和感を感じてます。先のことなので未来形で正しいのですが「いや、停まらんこともあるんかい？絶対停まるやろ」と突っ込み滝なります。

何度もすいませんが　two hoursが前置詞なしに独立してある事に違和感がありますがbeforeがあるから許されているという認識でよろしいですか？

この場合beforeは（afterでも同様ですが）時間軸の起点となるところを示しています。したがってour flight にかかっています。 日本語では「出発2時間前」というのが普通なので「出発前2時間」は違和感があるかもしれませんがbefore をearlier than と置き換えればご理解いただけるかと。

ご回答ありがとうございます。 捉え方が合っているかわかりませんがbeforeの前後に内容を付けることで独立した条件を表す表現もあると文法的でなく一つの用法として捉える程度でよさそうですね、
