商品を購入したのですが不良品だったため返品しました

商品を購入したのですが不良品だったため返品しました。 メーカーから報告書を受け取ったのですが内容が矛盾しているのでメールを送りたいです。 送られてきた報告書には The item met acceptance and valid. The weight of the item was lower than range of 45 and 55g. と記載されていて、 「valid と言っているけどlower than range of 45 and 55gはvalidではないのではないでしょうか。」 というような内容を送りたいです。 よろしくお願いします。

書いてあったのは The item met acceptance and valid. The weight of the item was lower than range of 45 and 55g. これだけですか？ だとしたらこの文を普通にとらえると、 （返品された）商品は受け入れ条件に合い、（指摘内容は）確かでした。 商品の重量は45-55gの範囲よりも低いものでした。 と捕らえられ、クレーム入れる内容ではありません。ただ、最初の一文は不親切で他の文と一緒であれば別の解釈も可能なので、クレームを入れるのでは無く相手が不良と確認したのか違うことを言いたいのか確認するのは良いと思います。 でも普通は返品を受け付けたのであれば、返金や代替品の発送についても書きそうだし、もし不良品として受け付けたのでなければ、どう処理するか書きそうなものです。何れにしても不親切だと思います。

You say it is "valid" but is it really valid if it is "lower than range of 45 and 55g?
