About a concert, you cann't have on Christmas day. Oh. We are off. Christmas day, your people want to go home and see their family. They've got a next day off. You can't do this. So I just did. Why you just gonna have to change it. But it's not worth flying home for just one day off. Well that's gonna have to be your decision to make. Look your hotel in New York. Discover for the two nights of Christmas. On the two nights of Christmas the diva gets to me. Absolutly positively nothing. She can't do this. Hey it's a charity concert. Yeah, you know what Charity begins of home. Well, can we at least invite our families? I mean New York. Not such a bad place to spend Christmas. Oh, no no no. Do not even tell me. No tickets for this staff. They are selling every one I mean after all it's a... We know. A charity concerts. I'll see you in niece. It's perfect. We promise in a proceeds. That we may deduct legitimate production expences, travel cost, and financing fees. We stand to make 1,276,000 and 34 cents. No bad for one-day's work. Well that make up the show for? I'm sure it will. But does anyone actually call it a charity? That's a lutely. I want to see a picture of me and one of those giant chuck some the cup of bill for.

英語の聞き取りはなんだかんだで超難しいと思いました。よく動画で解説などあがっているのですが、どうしてもアメリカのドラマや、バラエティーショーで話されてる「本当の英語」は早かったり、モゴモゴはっきり話されてなかったり....。(字幕で起こしてみるとめっちゃ簡単な単語しか言ってなかったりします) そういう細かい英語も聞き取れるまでに、何かコツや練習法はありますか？？

初歩的な質問で恐縮です。 Toeic800点程度のものです。 私の現在の悩みを聞いてください。 まず英語を聞いても、センテンスが頭のなかに正確に残りません。したがって大意はつかめても、細かいところが抜けてしまってます。これはどうすれば克服できるでしょうか。 また、話す方ですが、こちらも上達しません。未だに日本人の中で英語を話すのが恥ずかしいです（外人の中では、 恥ずかしくはありません、話すしかないのですから）。 みなさん、こういってご経験はおありでしょうか。

”I will finish reading this letter.” this letter は thisの最後と letterの頭を 結んで発音していると思いますが、 this letterは セラー としか聞こえてこないのです。これは何回も聞いて慣れるしか方法は無いのでしょうか？ 他に聞き取るための方法ってあるのでしょうか？

北米に滞在して４年目を迎えます。 リーディングは問題ありません。ライティングも初級ビジネスクラスまではＯＫ，スピーキングは自分の意志を伝えることはできます。 問題なのはヒアリングです。話すことを職業としている人たちの英語の聞き取りはまったく問題ありません。（教師・アナウンサー・Ｄｒ．Ｐｈｉｌのような司会者など）ＴＶのニュースなら、キャプションなしで９０％ぐらいは理解できていると思います。しかしその他の人たちの英語の聞き取りは多分、５０％ぐらいだと思います。外国語訛りのある英語・若い人たちの話す英語はほとんど理解できません。後者に関しては本当にお手上げです。みながみなニュースキャスターみたいに話してくれれば問題ないんですが、実際の日常生活ではそのような人は稀です。 どうしたらこのような難解な英語を聞き取れるようになれるんでしょうか？最近ではアメリカと日本のハーフである自分自身の子供たち（二人ともティーンです）の会話についていけず、新たなストレスとなっています。どうかよろしくお願いします。
