Not like there's much
Probably not. I'll bet the SWAT Team's about to bust down the down any minute. Not like there's much else going on in a city of four million people. 拉致された男性が犯人に向かって、「こんなことがうまくいくと思っているのか」と言ったときの犯人の答です。どんな意味になりますでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします。

#1です。 > 説明不足で申し訳ありません。the downは拉致された男性がいる場所が地下室なので、それを指しているノではないかと思います。 なるほど。それでもthe downで地下室の意味になりそうもないので、ググりました。 これはLuciferの1-11の一節なのですね。 http://transcripts.foreverdreaming.org/viewtopic.php?f=391&t=26576 これを見ると、bust down the doorのようです。何れにせよ、ここはSWATが突入してくることを言っているので全体の意味は変わらないのですが、その前の、 Probably not. は、強力な手錠を見せられて、”これでも逃げられると思うか？”と聞かれた後なので、"多分無理だろうな”と言う感じですかね。 そうすると次の、I'll bet ... は、「（逃げるよりも）SWATがすぐにでもドアをぶち破って来てくれる方に賭けるね」と言う訳ですかね。 肝心の Not like ... は、添付のスクリプトだと何方側が言った言葉かはっきりしないのですが、恐らく捕まっている側でそうだとすると前の回答と意味は同じですが、 「400万人が住む都会と違って、他にそんなにいろいろな事が起こるわけじゃないし」 と言う訳で、でっかい都市じゃないんだからSWATがすぐにここを見つけてくるだろうと言うことかと思います。

まぁ ダメだろうな。 SWATの連中が直に街を破壊してくれるさ。 なあに人口400万のこの場所、他に面白いことがあるわけでもなし。。 bust down the TOWN ですよね きっと? not like は not that と同じようにつかわれているとおもいます。 not that～ : けれども〔that以下〕というわけではない

多分そうじゃないだろうな。 俺は、すぐにでもSWATチームがドアを蹴破って入ってくる方に賭けるね。 ここは４００万人の都市とは違うんだ。 bust down the down はbust down the door のtypoですか？ 最後の文は、 400万人の都市で起こってるような他の多くのことと違って、ですが、そのままだと意味が通らないので上のように意訳しました。
