代替品を送ったとは書いてないようです。 返金するので商品を返送してください。 返送するにはURLのリンクにとんで、返品用のラベルを印刷してください、ですね。 自分で有料で送ってしまった分が返金されるかはわかりませんね。 再度問い合わせるしかないでしょう。
