どちらもわかりやすい文章だと思います。日本人がこだわる細かい文法の点からは、 １番目の主語はEven more importantで正確にはEven more important pointとかでしょう。 ２番目はWhat is more importantです。 More important is the fact thatとまとめて覚えようとすると混乱するかと思います。
