"work practice"を日本語では職業実習となっていますが、まだ意味がよくわからなくて、、、 →workのpracticeですね。これを訳すと、日本語の表現と状況を組み合わせて混乱するでしょうが、英語は極めて単純です。workは、仕事でも作業でも勉強でも、課題なり任務なり仕事なりの与えられた過大に取り組むようなことで、practiceは実際にやってみるようなことです（練習という訳は根本の意味ではありません）。それだけのことです。 Work practicesをgoogle で調べたところ下段のように書かれていたのですが、 Identify work practices that,,,,と質問さされた際に職業実習と訳した場合、例えば患者と医療従事者のあいだでculutural awarenessを促進する職業実習とは医療従事者が自分の文化を理解した上で患者の文化を理解し、相手を平等に差別することなく接するということになるのでしょうか？ →これって、英語の問題じゃなくて、日本語の問題ではないでしょうか。それを、英語とミックスするからこちらも混乱です。というのも、この患者と医療従事者の文化的背景が違うというのでしょうか？何だか、意味不明で答えようもありません。 もういちど、言葉を吟味なさって、新しい質問をなさると、複数の方の答えがいただけるかと思います。 以上、ご参考になればと思います。

cultural awarenessは、文化的に、意識をもつ、自覚する、認識をするという意味です。 文化的意識、文化的認識などと訳すことができます。 diversity awarenessは、（文化的に）種々雑多ある、多様であることに意識をもつ、自覚する、認識をするという意味です。 多様性認識などと訳せそうです。 たとえば、日本に来たアメリカ人が、整然とバスを待つ列、電車を待つ列を見て、cultural awarenessを持つーーこともあるでしょう。 航空機がエンジントラブルで、危険な状態であることを機長が乗客に知らせたとき、祈り始める人、怯える人、にこやかにまわりの人を「大丈夫だ」と言って和ませようとする人、遺書を書き始める人がいるとします。これなど、客観的に見るなら、diversity awarenessを持つかもしれません。 クライアント（顧客とかお客様とか）と同僚の間の文化意識を鼓舞する職業実習 以上、いかがでしょうか？

中古のカメラを購入したいのですが、日本語訳がいまいちよく分かりません。翻訳していただける方はいらっしゃいませんか？特に「pretty good」という表現がいい意味なのか悪い意味なのか判断に迷っています。 This camera was CLA'd earlier in the year and works great. The lens is clear with no mold or fungus, the aperture blades are oil free and the light meter works, but is off from 1/2 to 1 stop which is pretty good being as old as it is. The self timer works as well. Cosmetically I would rate this an 8.5 out of 10.
