日本は今日、今年最後の営業日です。 Today Japan office is last bussines day of the year. なので本日中に必ず返事をくれませんか？ So could you pls prompt reply mail to us while today?? これでおかしいでしょうか？？ お願いします＞＜

日本は今日、今年最後の営業日です。 Today Japan office is last bussines day of the year. →Today is the last business day of the year for our office in Japan. なので本日中に必ず返事をくれませんか？ So could you pls prompt reply mail to us while today?? → So could you please give me prompt reply mail to us within today? 少し手直ししました。以上で通じるはずです。

Today is the last business day of the year. Thus, we do appreciate it if you could reply before the end of today. (within today でもOK)

    外国人の友人から「which is a holiday that pretty much takes up the entire day.」と来たのですが今一よく意味が理解できません。 上記の英文の前に 「sorry if I reply a little bit late today, it's Thanksgiving in the US.」とも書いてあったのですが、これは返事が遅れたらすみません、今日USでは一日をかけて（時間がかかる）感謝祭が行われるので～という感じでしょうか？ それと「I know not too much what to say」と「Sorry I know how to speak and understand(include) a little English but prefer to use a translator」はどういう意味なんでしょうか？ 質問が多いですがしっかり理解した上で返事を返したいので英語が得意な方、お願いします…。（翻訳機はやめてください。）
