質問者はひょっとして電子メールの意味でmailと言う単語を使ったのかと推測しますが、電子メールならe-mailとせねばなりません。mailとは普通郵便の意味にとられてしまうからです。 会話なら、"Did you get my e-mail?"が一般的かと思われます。 文章にするなら、"Did you receive the e-mail that I sent to you?"のような感じになるかと。 因みに手紙であれば、letterを使います。 Did you get my letter? ご参考になれば幸いです。

Were you hiding from me ? と Did you hiding from me ? では、どう異なるのでしょうか？ 過去進行形の際、wereを使うのが適しているから上が正しいとはわかったのですが、 違った意味としてdidの方を使うことはないのでしょうか？ 教えてください、よろしくお願いします。
