i-caryという番組内のセリフです。何つて？

質問

どなたか添付ファイルの音声聞き取れますでしょうか？

TV番組で英語ヒヤリングの勉強をしているのですが、

先日の番組の中で、全く聞き取れなかったせりふがありました。

添付ファイルはTVより音声を録音出力したものです。

よくわかりませんが　違っているともいますが以下のような感じでした。

以下のよう聴こえました。
"and" を多用してるのが特徴です。

He told me that he can beat his dad at arm-wrestling
and I said no way and he said oh no it's true
and I said wow you must be very strong.
And he said well I work out a little bit and I said really?
and he said yeah do you want to feel my biceps?
and I said sure I do, and I felt them and they felt awesome.

彼：「少し筋トレやってんだ」
私：「ほんと？」
He said, "Yeah you wanna feel my biceps?" And I did, and it felt awsome.
彼：「ほんとだよ。僕の力こぶ触ってみる？」
　　　　で、さわってみた、すごーい感じ。

biceps は、下記のように「力こぶ」という意味です。
