この英文が理解できません

There may be said to have developed in the last few years a "revolt of the individual" against the conformity which an excessive regard for material objects has imposed on daily life. 主に和訳と、出来れば、SV(SVO)みたいな形でも構造を教えてくださると助かります。 よろしくお願いします。

特に語彙が難しいわけでもなく，俗語などもない。 文法に忠実に書かれた英文ですので，私のような人間には瞬時に構造が読み取れます。 暗号を読むように，あるいは英英辞典から無理やり意味を見つけ出すような人には永遠に解読できないでしょう。 S is said to have 過去分詞で「S が～した（してきた）と言われている」 今回 there is 構文になっているので，S は there でなく，動詞 develop の後。 be 動詞でなくても，存在や発生を表す自動詞では there 構文が使えます。 今回は develop が「進展する・生じる」という自動詞です。 M である in the last few years が挿入されているので，主語はさらに後の a "revolt of the individual" (against the conformity) 「（従順・画一化に対する）個人の反乱」 the conformity を関係代名詞 which 以下が修飾。 「物質的なものに対する過度の関心が日常生活に押し付けてきた」（社会通念への）従順さ 「物質的なものに対する過度の関心が日常生活に押し付けてきた（社会通念への）従順さに対する個人の反抗が，ここ数年，展開してきたと言われるかもしれない（言ってもいいだろう）」

There is 構文は、「There is ～.」　で、「～があります。」と訳すので、 典型的に、is (V) to 以下（S）となります。 この場合、may be said なので、「～といわれています。」あたりが適切かとおもわれます。 to以下はwhich直前までで「妥当性にたいしての「個人の反乱が」増長している」 which は conformity「妥当性」を説明しています。 「妥当性」＝日常生活において原料物質に対する過剰な関心が寄せられていることへの「妥当性」 ここ2,3年のうちで、原料物質に対する過剰な関心が日常生活において寄せられている妥当性に対しての「個人の反乱」が増長しているといわれています。
