英文契約書の訳について
- 英文契約書の訳について悩んでいます。指摘＆アドバイスをお願いします。
- 文法が苦手なので、勝手に訳を作ってしまっているかもしれません。
- 昨日も英文契約書の訳で質問をさせていただきました。合わせてみて頂けると幸いです。

決して、本契約について提供されるサービスに関するPGの債務総額は、買い手によってABCに払われる補償を超えない。 *** かたい難しい文章なので、色々な翻訳機も参考にした結果、比較的ましだったのは、Yahoo!の翻訳機でした。それでも、理屈に合わないところもありましたので、「英辞郎」も利用しました。柔らかい英文は、エキサイト、かたい文は、Yahoo!の翻訳機が割と良く反応するように思います。もっと優秀な方の翻訳が付くことを期待します。参考まで。

回答をいただきありがとうございました。 翻訳サービスの存在は知っていましたが、なんとなくは読み取れる物の、やはり間違いも多いので今回は使用していませんでした。それぞれのサービスによって特徴があるようですね。色々と調べてくださりありがとうございました。

以前にも何度も質問をして、その度に素晴らしいアドバイスや回答をいただき、感謝しております。 まだ続いて英文契約書を訳しています。 下記のように訳しましたが、意味が通じるでしょうか？ ネットで検索したり、色んな訳を見てやってみたのですが、ちょっと日本語が難しくて、訳した本人でもちょっと日本語の意味が分からないという感じがするのですが、契約書とはそんなものでしょうか？ 見て頂けるととても助かります。 In consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, and for other food and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Buyer hereby engages PG to provide a performance/Lesson upon the following terms: 本契約に規定する相互の約束およびその他の有効・有価な対価を約因とし、 当該約因の受領を確認した上で、当事者はPGに以下の条件に基づいてパフォーマンス、レッスンを提供することを本契約書をもって保証する。 the Buyerを当事者と訳したのは、この英文より前項に「Buyer identified below(collectively,the"Parties")という一文がありました。この時私は、「下記にて身元が証明された買い手（総称して当事者）」と訳しました。そこから来た物ですが、こちらもこの訳であってますでしょうか？ いつも本当にありがとうございます。 どうかよろしくお願いいたします。
