契約書の訳
こんにちわ。。 訳をはじめてまかされています。 以下がどうしてもわかりません・・ いったいどういう意味なんでしょうか？ 誰かご指導願います！ ---------- Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as restricting NETg's right to sell, lease, license, market, publish or otherwise distribute the xxx, in whole or in part, directly or through any other person into the Territory, without liability or compensation to ***.

この協定のいかなる条項も、NETgが直接または第三者を通じて、***に対し負債または補償責任を負うことなく、販売、賃貸、免許、市場取引、publish、およびその他の方法によりTerritory内にXXXの全部または一部を配布する権利を制限するものと解してはならない。 大体こんな感じだと思うんですが、よくわからない所は英語のままにしておきました。 sell, lease, license, market, publishはいずれも動詞です。 ***は取引相手の会社の名前でしょうか？ publishは、「広告を出す」などを意味するのだと思います。 Territoryもよくわかりません。「属領」（アメリカに対するプエルトリコなど）という意味もあるようですが。。。 契約書の文章は法律みたいなもので、素人にはむずかしいですね。 重要な契約でしたら、専門家（単に英語ができるだけでなく、この分野に強い人）に見てもらったほうが良いかもしれません。

全体の訳については#１の方の回答で問題ないと思います。Territory、XXXについては、多分契約書の最初のほうに言葉を定義している部分があるはずです。そこで定義された言葉は大文字で書いて一般的な意味ではなく、定義された意味であることを示しています。契約書ではよくあるやり方です。

どうか力を貸してください。 In no event will the aggregate liability to PG with regard to the services provided in connection herewith exceed the compensation paid by buyer to ABC. この訳で悩んでいます。 これ、おかしいですよね？ いかなる場合も、PGのサービスの提供に関し、これに関連する補償を越える買い手からABCへの支払いについて債務総額する。 何度考えてみても、混乱して来て文章になりません。 文法が苦手なので、勝手に訳を作ってしまっていると思います。指摘＆アドバイス頂ければと思います。 この質問以外に、昨日も英文契約書の訳で質問をさせていただきました。 合わせてみて頂ければと思います。 本当にお世話になります。

某米国企業とのライセンス契約書の和訳をしているのですが 下記の条文で立ち止まっております。 ざっくりでいいので和訳をお願いできないでしょうか？ ○ライセンス契約について Recipient agrees that if Recipient provides A-company with any suggestions, comments, or other feedback about the Evaluation Materials (“Feedback”) such Feedback is given voluntarily. いつもお世話になっています。 以下の文についてお教え頂けないでしょうか。 The new factories will take advantage of cheaper materials in South East Asia, including wood and fabrics, and will distribute directly to retailers in Asia that sell Interdea products. distributeは他動詞のみで自動詞がないですが、なぜ目的語をとっていないのでしょうか？ このような文もよくあるのでしょうか？ ご解説いただければありがたいです。どうぞ宜しくお願い申し上げます。
