ビジネス英語のテキストの内容の一部です。 ＡcompanyのZuric支店が、Bcompanyに注文をしたのですが、注文品の一部しか配送されなかったのでBcompanyの経理部に苦情を言ったところ、以下のような状態でした。 Bcompany Accounts Department found a receipt and details of a delivery with the signature, `dot.com'. However, this receipt was for the same goods but for Acompany CH- the Zurich office, which made a purchase on the same day. Bcompanyは間違えてAcompanyのCH（スイスの支店？）に一部を送ってしまったのだと思うのですが、the signature, `dot.com' の意味がよくわかりません。だから、なぜ間違って配送されたのかもよく理解できません。 解説していただけないでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。

おそらく 'dot. com' とあるのは、単に、「人名の代わり」に使われているだけで、とり立てて気にすることはことはないと思います。つまり、'abc defgh' でもなんでも良かったのです。要は、'dot.com' さんの署名が受入伝票に残っていたので、B company が A company側にそれを伝えたところ、'dot.com' さんは A companyのCH Zurich(?)支店勤務であったことが判明した、ということです。 なぜ間違って配送されたか、ですが、テキストに書いてある限りでは、同じ日にA company の二つの支店から同じ商品の発注があったから、としか書いていません。その発注元の一つが、'dot.com' さんが商品受入れを行ったA company CH Zurich支店で、もう片方が、今回苦情を寄せたA company Zuric(?)支店です。 これを書いていて私が良く分からないのは、なぜ二つのZurich支店が出てくるかです？？

For new store accounts we do have a minimum order of 16 pcs of 4 styles or more in a size run. For example; 1-XS, 1-S, 1-M, 1-L or 2-S, 2-M. As for our Tolani "going forward" styles lines sheet. These styles have the delivery dates of 6/1-7/30x with the same minimums for the first order. For our scarves, the order must be at least 18 pcs at 2 per style/color. Also, for most international accounts we ask for a credit card for the account or offer wire transfer by bank for orders over $2000. Please provide this information.

海外のとある商品を購入したのですが、 その商品を販売している会社のサポートからこんなメールが届きました。 「Please Respond. …(略)… Your order has not shipped out yet due to it being flagged for review from our fraud department. Could you provide a copy of your drivers license/ID or a utility bill, with your name and billing address on it. …(略)…」 私の注文に不正行為のフラグが立てられ出荷できていないということだと思うのですが、 その後の文章「Could you provide a copy of～」の訳は「免許証のID（？）か公共料金の請求書をコピーし、メールに添付して返信して欲しい」という訳で合っていますでしょうか。 また、海外の商品を購入した際に今回のような不正行為の可能性を指摘される原因は何が考えられますでしょうか。 わかる方がいらっしゃいましたらご回答をお願い致します。
