I thought the actress to be her. その女優は彼女（あの女性）だと思った この場合herでももちろん意味は通じるのですが、the actress is 「her」ということなら主格sheでto be sheが本来かなと思うのです。一方で、the ladyはthinkの目的語ですから格を合わせればherが正しいのかもしれません。ある米語の教科書には「she」ではなく「her」が正しいと書いてありましたが迷ってしまいました。皆様どうお考えでしょうか。

With a big sheet of paper on the table, he was drawing lines on it with a ruler and a pencil. “What are you doing?” she asked. “I am going to build something.” Her father's response called for another question. “A playhouse?” Mary Lou always wanted to have a playhouse, and since her father was a carpenter, it would not be hard for him to make one for her. “I am going to build a room onto our house.” Her father now started to reveal the answer. “Your grandfather is coming to live with us.” Mary Lou got so excited at the news that she went upstairs to find her mother. Tom sent Mary a letter. の違いは、Maryが手紙を受け取ったか、受け取ってないかの違いがあり、But she didn't receive it.の文を後ろに付けられるのは第三文型の方という規則を踏まえた上で、 もし、Maryが話の中で既に出てきて、Mary(旧情報) a letter(新情報)となった場合 Tom sent her a letter. と新情報を最後に持ってくるのが普通だと思いますが、この場合But she didn't receive it.と文章を続けることは変でしょうか？ But she didn't receive it.を続けたかったら、 Tom sent a letter to her. が正しいのでしょうか？ どちらの規則が優先されるのか教えて下さい。

1:私は彼女が夜一人でそこへ行くことは危険だと思う I think it is dangerous for her to be going there alone at night. （英語サイトからコピーです） 2:彼女が一人でそこへ行くのは危険だと思った I thought it dangerous her going there alone. （問題集からコピーです） わからないのは、１でto goではなくto be goingになっているところ、そして２では、動名詞を使っていることです。herを入れるがゆえに動名詞になったのでしょうか？ 区別もわかりません。不定詞でもどちらでもいけるということですか？ 解説をお願いします。

英文法ビフォー&アフター 改訂新版 豊永彰 著 P239 にある、関係代名詞whichの注意すべき用法の(3)にある、 Mary is not the woman which her mother wants her to be. す という英文が、しっくり来ません。私は Mary is not the woman which her mother wants to be. と、herがなくなってwhichが関係代名詞になるなら納得するのですが、 参考書が間違っているとは思えないので、どなたか分かりやすく文の構造を教えていただけないでしょうか？ よろしくお願いいたします。
