TOEICの問題集の一文なのですが、カンマ以下のas willの後にはremain が省略されていると考えていいのでしょうか。

たとえば
Will you go there?
Yes, I will.
I will go there.
So will I.「私もです」
これらは助動詞 will を代動詞的に用いて，
will go there という内容全体を表しています。
今回も，remain が省略されていると考えても同じようなものですが，
will remain open to the public while the work is being done
という内容全体を will 一語で表していると考えることができます。
