荷物の本船から荷降ろし後、デモレッジ（コンテナ等の貸付料金）が１０日間は無料で、１１日目から一日当たり５０米ドル掛かります。そしてそのデモレッジの期間の間に発生した保管料等は荷受人が支払わないといけなくなります・・・という意味だと思いますよ。
